This is a group assignment and my first project. For this, our class has assigned to distribute into five groups to analyze the location that we picked. And, i've been distributed to group 5A which consists of 7 people. Our location for this assignment is Jaotim which located in Kuala Lumpur. we've used modeling board for the models and lights to indicate the location in our map.

Project 2 FORGOTTEN CULTURE

For this assignment, i have to pick a forgotten culture during the trip to Penang. And, as i mentioned, i have picked the theme "mahjong". i've decided to use the movement motion and the pattern/material of the mahjong to design this abstract art. About that, mahjong is a chinese traditional game which atrted from the Qing dynasty and it requires a lpush&pull movement in this game which is applied in my abstract design. As you can see, the arrangement of the mahjong game is displayed on my presentation board (mahjong table).
The model and the presentation board is presented below.
Project 3 ARTIST IN RESIDENCE
PROGRESS & FINAL
For this assignment, I have to redesign the interior of the Jao Tim and make it as a mahjong gallery which i selected as my forgotten culture. This mahjong gallery, "MAH - NASTY" is located in Jalan Sultan , in the centre of the city. This gallery included five major spaces and three minor spaces.
And, i was required to build a model of a major spaces which is the walking gallery that attracts the most in this gallery. I build with mainly balsa wood, wood stick and perspec stick.
Material board also required for this assignment to identify the materials that used for the interior spaces.
