GROUP 3
ABOUT IT
This assignment is about doing good deeds to others and using our interior architecture skills at the same time.So, the project that assigned to us is to help to renovate and redo an old library . And, I am the group leader in group 3 with 30 peoples. Before we start doing the proposal for this assignment, i have distributed the works to each and everyone in this group into three sections which are the walls, windows and doors and the flooring. And, each and everyone of us need to make a blog or proposal in our website regarding to our task given.

GROUP PROPOSAL (SLIDES)
In my group, i'm responsible for the flooring part with some of my teammates. Each sections has their own leader and in this section Teo Yi Zheng ( my groupmate) and I are the leaders in this group. So, my task in this group is to lead my groupmates and make sure they complete their tasks given. And, I also need to find the PVC floor mat that's suitable for the floor restoration. Besides, My teammates and I also need to make a quotation for the things that i bought to not exceed the budget given.

These are the photos that we captured during work on site these three months. there were four phases for our group which is the interior part due to insufficient time. At first, we didn't manage to finish our parts that given so, we had to make it an extra phase. in this three months and working, we did work with other groups and seniors. it was a great experience and very meaningful also. i also learned that it is very hard to lead a group and managing the money. But, we still finished our job and the library is now fully renovated.
THE TASK ( LEADER )+ REFLECTION
As a leader, i distributed the jobs for each section as i said before. So, i need to make sure everthing is in order.
And, from this i also learned that being leader is not an easy job to do. Although being a leader is to really beneficial but still need to ensure your group mates completed their tasks especially you're in a group of 30 people. Next, i also learned that teamwork is very important in a group.
